我其实对 Hugo 不熟，不知道这算不算重新发明了一遍轮子。但搜索「如何在 github 上架设 hugo blog」时，搜到的教程，都需要用户在自己的电脑上，安装运行各种 git 和 hugo 的相关命令，感觉对新手并不友好。所以，我试着写了一个流程，让新人完全只需要在网页浏览器上操作，就能快速生成自己的 blog 网站。

虽然我是 gap 小能手了，但前三次 gap 都是主动裸辞，这还是第一次真正意义上的失业。外加到 10 月底开始新工作，第一张 paycheck 11 月初收到，这一晃竟然就没有固定收入地过了 10 个月，也是我 gap 得最久的一次了。
过去几次 gap 市场没这么严峻，因为是主动辞职也没领失业金，更没太多其它收入，干烧存款没啥意思。这次没工资收入的 10 个月，刚好面临了市场动荡、通货膨胀、高利率、领失业金、有了边角的其它收入等等状况，就稍微算算账好了。

上班之后似乎连时间都感觉变慢了，好多一两周前做的事都感觉恍若隔世，到写半月记的时候定睛一看细细数来才发现干了好多事。new year resolution 加强社交真没白定，定睛一看这半个月竟然高质量社交了这么多！

作为一个养生博主（？），尤其是这两年年纪越大越注重养生，就摘抄一些读书笔记哪怕能多唤醒一个人更注重自己的身心健康也是极好的。
本书原文名就起得一般了双关没被强调，中文翻译名真是雪上加霜，跟书里开篇就讲“不是要延长低质量寿命，而是要做好预防增加高质量生命的时间”根本就完全是两个意思。翻译质量也堪忧，也就比流传甚广的 AI 机翻版强那么一丁点，依然是词不达意需要去猜一下原文是什么帮助自己理解。书确实是被标题耽误了，内容其实还可以，不是什么养生玄学，甚至从分子生物学和生物化学角度的科普讲得篇幅都有些略多略枯燥了。话虽如此绝大多数内容还是“道理你都懂”的东西，但没一本书来系系统统来跟你整理逻辑据理说教可能真还容易忽略很多事情的重要性，就冲着万一看完能让自己重视健康付出点行动了的可能性也值得一看。

有 counterpoint 是子宫割不得要保护自己的生育权，这逻辑上不成立啊还是规训女人的一种啊，生育权是我想生就能生也还包括我不想生就能不想生啊，割以永治是维护后者的最可靠（你别说历史上还真有几例割了子宫还怀孕了的例子，真是癌啊……当然肯定是比普通避孕手段成功率高多了）手段之一啊更何况还能一并解决掉月经这个劳什子不是。甚至还少了一大癌变和其他病变来源呢。胸都为了避免乳腺癌风险割得为何子宫割不得……
