Safe haven

The garden is the first place I go in the morning, the last place I look at the end of the day, when the sun goes down. A warm, whimsical, perhaps messy, comforting place.

Just three years ago we were pleased to see that a single Marsh orchid (I think that's what it's called anyway) had found its way into the wild front garden.

This year's count so far is 18 of them.
