Right on the edge of 4-5. Because it's kinda dorky. Reminds me a lot of Ready Player One.<br/><br/>But it's super fun. The "situations" – no spoilers – are exciting. <br/><br/>Looking forward to the next one.

The crazy ride continues. Touching, fascinating, clever, dark – highly recommended.<br/><br/>The anonymous dude is – well – one of the most interesting characters I've ever encountered in fiction.
Rated Kill Decision 8/10
Like the Daemon 2-book series from Daniel Suarez, this book was a really fun ride.<br/><br/>While it was a bit less thrilling than Daemon 1 and 2, it made up for it by presenting a much more plausible set of circumstances.<br/><br/>Plausible <b>and</b> disturbing.<br/><br/>If you enjoy Michael Crichton, you'll likely enjoy Daniel Suarez.<br/><br/>Start it for the great, fast-paced store. Stay for the important public-policy implications it raises.

WOW! I'm inspired. What an amazing man. What an amazing life. The things he accomplished. The way to saw things. The way to approached his work, his duty, his wife, his family, his country.<br/><br/>So inspiring.<br/><br/>I feel I have such a better understanding of the American Revolution and what came after. Franklin and Jefferson and the rest. A whole huge slice of US history and how it relates to world history just got glued down in my head.<br/><br/>It's a huge book, but well worth it. Must read. Can't recommend it enough.

Rated Change by Design: How Design Thinking Transforms Organizations and Inspires Innovation 6/10
I really wanted to like this book. I'm sure I'd love to sit down with Tim Brown and talk about his work and how he thinks about design,<br/><br/>But the book wasn't anything special. A lot of anecdotes gathered around some themes.<br/><br/>The notion of lowercase 'd' design I really like. The idea that design is important and can have a huge impact on our lives--love it.<br/><br/>But it's also motherhood and apple pie.<br/><br/>Interesting, but I can't say I recommend it.
Rated Leviathan Falls 10/10
Almost all of the fiction I read is Sci-Fi. I can't think of the last fiction I've read that wasn't Sci-Fi.<br/><br/>I say that because I know very little of "fine literature" – whatever that is. Establishing that – 🤯.<br/><br/>Just the writing is amazing. Certainly the most poetic fiction I've read in a long time. This is the most poetic writing that I've ever read – without getting bored out of my mind. Quite the contrary. I found myself pausing the book to shake my head. Beautiful.<br/><br/>Such a fitting end to the series. Exciting. Nerve racking. Heart breaking. All the things.<br/><br/>I've been saying "Read the Expanse Series" for years now. I'm not sure how my recommendation could have gotten any stronger – but it has.<br/><br/>
