There's plenty of options for moving your bot though!</p><p>You can self host Mastodon, GoToSocial (recommended), or the various other options. The more complex, but better long term option.<br>You can use something like what <span class="h-card"><a href="https://mastodon.social/@Edent" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@<span>Edent</span></a></span> has put together, a simple PHP script that allows you to post to the fediverse <a href="https://gitlab.com/edent/activity-bot/" rel="nofollow"><span class="invisible">https://</span>gitlab.com/edent/activity-bot/</a><br>Ask your own instance's admin whether you can use the instance you're already on. Getting permission is important - bots can have wildly different requirements than a typical user!<br>Help support Floofy.tech's infrastructure with a small subscription to <a href="https://botsinbox.net/" rel="nofollow"><span class="invisible">https://</span>botsinbox.net/</a>. £1/month/bot, which can be waived depending on your financial situation.<br>Other bot-specific instances have cropped up!
