<p>May I introduce: her majesty, the <a href="/tags/caddisfly/" rel="tag">#caddisfly</a> 🪰</p><p><a href="/tags/rottersee/" rel="tag">#RotterSee</a>, 3m “soup” visibility, typical for <a href="/tags/spring/" rel="tag">#spring</a>. A closer look reveals some funny fellows, especially at this time of the year. Camouflage is everything! Although, if you walk through the lake with one of these cases...very inconspicuous 🙈 ! <p><a href="/tags/caddisfly/" rel="tag">#caddisfly</a> larvae everywhere. They are interesting insects. They live for a year or more in the water. There they are astonishing architects for their cases.</p><p>If you look close, you can see a lot of Hydras on the pondweed. They are indeed special creatures. They are not ageing and don&#x27;t die of age! They regenerate all the time.
