These days, if a news article about an extreme weather event fails to mention climate change, I close it without reading.

It's a very simple and straightforward process to me: year 2025 ---> page search ---> no matches on "climate" ---> trash can.

It'd be even nicer if such articles mentioned the fossil fuels connection every time, but that's too much to expect from the legacy media, I know. So I'm just asking for the bare minimum.

#ClimateCrisis #ClimateDestruction

"...a third of the world’s population now resides in areas where heat severely limits activity." That's a lot of words just to avoid saying "uninhabitable."

The truth is obvious: burning fossil fuels produces excess CO2 which is now making our world *uninhabitable* through deadly heat and devastating floods. No-one is safe. Nowhere is safe. It'll keep getting worse and worse until we stop.
https://www.theguardian.com/environment/2026/mar/10/extreme-heat-study-global-warming-physical-activity

#ClimateCrisis #ClimateDestruction #KeepItInTheGround #StopFossilFuelsNow
