A huge niche for normal <a href="/tags/people/" rel="tag">#people</a>, the <a href="/tags/commons/" rel="tag">#commons</a>, to reoccupy and serve with normal (sustainable) small business.</p><p>This allows positive outlook, and provide a rallying cry to occupy that new vacant space.</p>
