## Erfan Soltani has not been sentenced to death
- Judicial Media Center: Opposition media outlets abroad have openly claimed in their news fabrication that a young man named Erfan Soltani was arrested & quickly sentenced to death.
- He was arrested on Dec. 20th during the riots & has been charged with gathering & conspiring against internal security & propaganda activities against the system.
- #ErfanSoltani is currently being held in Karaj Central Prison.
