<p>Tomorrow, October 1st, 2025 I'm starting the first edition of <a href="/tags/kaijuktober/" rel="tag">#Kaijuktober</a> <a href="/tags/film/" rel="tag">#Film</a> Festival (<a href="/tags/kff/" rel="tag">#KFF</a>)! During October, I'll be watching one <a href="/tags/kaiju/" rel="tag">#kaiju</a> <a href="/tags/movie/" rel="tag">#movie</a> every day. My plan for this year is to watch every movie from the <a href="/tags/toho/" rel="tag">#Toho</a> <a href="/tags/showa/" rel="tag">#Showa</a> era — around 25 movies. I'll probably be tooting about KFF daily instead of doing my usual weekly recap.</p><p>I start tomorrow with the original Godzilla (1954).
