<p>When I was a kid, we didn&#x27;t have any lessons on leadership as it wasn&#x27;t really required. I lived near a large park and after school, kids would appear there and usually start organising a game of football together. No one ever took charge, we just split the numbers into equal teams and started playing. There were no referees as we all knew the rules and group consensus sorted out any disputes.
