Rated Guy Ritchie's The Covenant 5/10
Kind of slow and repetitive, but the cinematography and visuals are good.It's clearly against the Afghanistan war, but still feels pro-America. I guess this is necessary for the target audience to relate to the story, but it still feels weird.

Unlike Interstellar, a rewatch really just highlights the flaws, chief amongst them the fact that it really is a load of old cobblers, storytelling-wise. There’s stuff to like here, but I never need to see it again.

Back in 2018, the movie Anon was "dystopian science fiction" because you had people with always on cameras able to identify anyone, anywhere in real time including their history, what they did, what they said etc.
This was just 8 years ago btw.

In turns deeply unsettling, oddly prescient, deeply hilarious, and very moving. Loses half a star for the worst-placed blooper reel in moviegoing history. Sellers and MacLaine are so good as a couple with an absolute void of chemistry, almost the polar opposite of the relationship she had with Jack Lemmon
