I changed my mind, this movie is actually good. Not good-good, but it is perfect for watching slightly intoxicated with your spouse, if you and your spouse are the types to hoot like monkeys going “no way!!!!” every time ANOTHER level of trap is revealed. Appropriately named film. PG-13 so you know nothing THAT bad is ever going to happen.

I guess I don’t know what I was expecting from such a hugely well known film, but it was definitely not watching some weird unpleasant guy thrash around for the whole movie. Obviously Marilyn is very pretty but otherwise maybe the appeal of this film is lost to time. Baffling ending, both because of the final events don’t make any sense but also baffling because it ends so suddenly you’re left with no clue what the point of any of it was. Adultery is ?????: the movie.
