<p>Crazy how people get onto news broadcasts and parse their words, saying things like what I just heard a Congress member say — that<br>Trump &quot;seems to be&quot; starting wars everywhere (which is on par for them calling the Department of Defense the Department of War).</p><p>SEEMS to be?
