Some street photography from Breganzona to Lugano (part 2)

Taking photos where we live, it is not easy. There are places we see everyday, but when we start taking photos, we have to learn to look at it with a particular eye: seeing something particular through the usual. 🤩📸😍 I love photography 🤩📸😍.

Some street photography from Breganzona to Lugano (part 4)

Downtown Lugano everyone was getting ready for the StraLugano, the running competition, so people were eating in the street, music everywhere, and athletes getting ready. I preferred to photograph a typical Swiss symbol: the Alp-horn! It is part of our culture and it is really special 😍📸🤩

Though it is tiny, the Sony RX1R III can really deliver an impressive quality, other than a great time. I like it both in a city, as well as in the mountains. It is discreet and perfect for any situation... 🤩📸😍.

Same lit trees as before, processed in HDR—unsure if BS will display the greater dynamic range.

I realized the reason the tree was so much darker in the last shot wasn’t the exposure but that there was no snow on the branches.

Hey #believeinfilm friends,

I've been thinking of this app for over a year. Finally found a free Friday night to build it.

Flash ⚡️ Exposure Calculator is a simple, hand-coded tool for making perfect exposure with full manual control.

https://www.analog.cafe/app/flash-exposure-calculator

There are a lot of calculators like this, but I thought I could still improve on those designs with:

- Real apertures in half-stops
- Simple zone focusing distances
- Film-friendly ISO 1.5-6400
- Autosaved settings (no account)
- A mini-guide to advanced techniques

Hope you find it useful!

This little ocelot was not at all pleased that we'd found and put a light on him. We pretty quickly left him alone to carry on with his nightly business.
