<p>I grow more frustrated and tired of repeating the same thing for years and years, only to see people ignore what I absolutely know needs to be the first target if we&#x27;re ever going to get out of this mess.</p><p>But I&#x27;ll keep repeating it anyway. If you don&#x27;t take away the oligarchs&#x27; money, you don&#x27;t get to have lasting progress in ANY other area. So whatever your most important social issue is, if you really want to fix it, you have to take away your enemies&#x27; war chest: their money. <a href="/tags/plutocracy/" rel="tag">#Plutocracy</a></p>

<p>The US is ranked <a href="/tags/6/" rel="tag">#6</a> in the world for extreme income inequality. That&#x27;s right. You can literally count on one hand the countries that do it worse than us.</p><p>You want to know why one of the wealthiest countries in the world (when looked at in aggregate) is disintegrating before our very eyes?
