<p>A landmark study sequenced the entire genome of over 100 individual cells from one person, revealing we are all genetic mosaics. Individual cells showed major mutations, from missing chromosomes to duplicated DNA, illustrating the widespread genetic chaos accumulated over a lifetime and its links to disease.</p><p><a href="https://www.nature.com/articles/d41586-025-03768-0" rel="nofollow" class="ellipsis" title="www.nature.com/articles/d41586-025-03768-0"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">www.nature.com/articles/d41586</span><span class="invisible">-025-03768-0</span></a></p><p><a href="/tags/science/" rel="tag">#science</a> <a href="/tags/medicine/" rel="tag">#medicine</a></p>
