Sculpture. A bronze sculpture on the edge of Lake Geneva with the title: "Melancholy". The bronze sculpture is a life-size man sitting on a wooden bench. His stomach is missing, he consists of arms, legs and head. There is a hole in the place of his upper body through which you can see the lake behind him. His small head is lowered and his arms are crossed on his bare thighs. Everything about this sculpture expresses sadness and despair.
Info: The photo was chosen to express deep sympathy to the victims and relatives of the terrorist attack on a Christmas market in Magdeburg on December 20, 2024.
