I don&#x27;t think it&#x27;s the accent exactly, more the cadence or enunciation maybe? I noticed this when listening to interviewees at the Iowa state fair. </p><p>I then discovered that the Iowan accent is considered the most friendly and wondered if he&#x27;d adopted this way of speaking purposefully.
