After several back and forths, with the Irish DPC being less than worthless, I gave up. In a wide-ranging statement, Zuckerberg said Meta would also “get rid of a bunch of restrictions on topics like immigration and gender that are just out of touch with mainstream discourse” and “work with President Trump to push back on governments around the world that are going after American companies and pushing to censor more”.</p><p>He cited Europe as a place with “an ever increasing number of laws institutionalising censorship and making it difficult to build anything innovative”&#x27;</p><p>This is an explicit threat to the <a href="/tags/europeanunion/" rel="tag">#EuropeanUnion</a> . <p>It “only” took me a few years to find out that I don’t need to have a PeerTube or Lemmy account to interact with them; I just need to copy/paste the link in Mastodon search and then follow or reply.</p><p>Why no one is saying this little detail FIRST to all the n00bs coming from the Horror socials?
