越想后劲越大的片子，是那种要在看完之后回头细品然后自己给自己捅几刀的片子……看起来叙事非常隐晦，毕竟全程都是隐喻只字未提trans，但当你意识到这一点，会发现全片处处都在shout out trans narrative……Tara/Maddy在星座前面的那段自述，令人动容，又痛彻心扉，回想起来都后悔当时没为她多落几滴泪的程度，加上Owen叫她Maddy时她坚定地说“这不是我的名字”……除了trans叙事，也是很好的queer叙事，甚至你我何尝不皆是如此，看到自己的心脏仍在跳动，在工业冰箱里……
也正是如此，Owen最后的结局更让人无力叹息……剖开胸口，看到电视的光始终在自己心里，但还是走出去，近乎窒息地向所有人说“对不起”……他有选择吗？也许有，或者说有过，或许仍然有，Tara/Maddy向他伸手给了他一线生机……可是要做真正的自己，就要把现在这个看似被众人接纳的自己杀死啊……谁又做得到呢……

看完原著回来改电影评分了……原著里动人的地方几乎都拍丢了只剩下一个空壳……而且这两个主演的演技吧……火车站那段加得其实可以加一星但是真的只是还过得去，毕竟火车站这个意象用太多了也不新怎么都比不过Before Sunrise戳我……两星半不能更多了

几乎没什么solid的剧情可言，两个人在一座城因为音乐产生的擦肩而过的感情，短暂又清淡，没有复杂的台词，甚至像样的道别，刚好是我喜欢的风格，主要歌儿也太好听了……

The whole life already framed, right there……Sally Hawkins可太值得了，Ethan Hawke也很稳，难得的是虽然事业线没有感情线份量重，但是感情线一点也不拖沓碍事，甚至有点可爱，家庭线也不觉得多余，就看得很舒服
