陈奕迅将转投新唱片公司，这张《Great 5000 Secs》是他于英皇年代最辉煌的一张精选唱片，由出道名作《K歌之王》、《Shall We Talk》，到卡拉OK大热曲《明年今日》、《十面埋伏》，至无线剧集《冲上云霄》主题曲《岁月如歌》共15首Eason精选之最全辑录。至于新曲方面，《一切还好》、《万佛朝宗》及《冤气》由词人林夕、编曲刘志远及监制Jim Lee这个铁三角主理，陈奕迅分别在三首新歌中讲述了他做爸爸后心态成熟，还有他回归乐坛的新目标。2005年是Eason入行十周年，预计他将会于夏天在香港红馆举行演唱会，全力再战香港乐坛！

在70年代末，宝丽多唱片公司(环球唱片前身)为哥哥张国荣推出了《Daydreamin'》及《情人箭》两张专辑，从此展开了他的歌唱事业。
虽然哥哥在宝丽多时期的发展并不太顺利，唱片在当时并没有做成很大回响，但毕竟这两张专辑是哥哥的处男作，对很多乐迷来说，极具价念价值。
《情人箭》是哥哥首张粤语唱片，碟内十一首歌曲多为电视剧的主题曲或插曲，整张碟充满70年代末、80年代初期的风格。当时哥哥的声线较为幼嫩，但绝非差劣，而且唱腔也有其独特的一套。事隔廿年，碟内多首歌曲仍然具有很大的吸引力，不管新旧一辈的乐迷都会喜欢。
开首的“油脂热潮”可说是乘着70年代末的油脂热潮而来，充满年轻人的味道，与现在年轻偶像唱的Hip-Hop般，都是潮流的产物。“大亨”是乐迷熟悉的旧歌，早年黄耀明也错翻唱过，哥哥这个版本与当年徐小凤那个各具特色，感情投入得宜。“变色龙”旋律动听，歌词吸引，如果这歌由华星时期的哥哥去唱，相信会更出色。武装片主题曲“浣花洗剑录”、写出年轻人欲离家外闯心理的“三岁仔”，与及点题歌“情人箭”同样值得留意。
