BELIEFS started abruptly when Josh Korody and Jesse Crowe met at good friend and former Bassist, Patrick McCormack’s birthday party and couldn’t stop talking about the music of the 90’s. Through the love of My Bloody Valentine and Sonic Youth, the memory of reverb and fuzz was revisited and Beliefs was formed.
Since their formation in 2010, Beliefs have released a two song single and b-side (Untitled, 2012 HDD) as well as a full length record (self titled, 2013 HDD, Manimal, No Pain In Pop) and are currently set to release their follow up, Leaper via HDD on October 23rd, 2015. Beliefs have been lucky enough to share the stage with fantastic artists such as; A Place to Bury Strangers, Disappears, The Breeders, Toy, Algiers, Moon Duo, Beach Fossils, Suuns, and Fucked Up.
Beliefs are prolific artists and musicians in the Toronto music scene, with Crowe recording in projects PRAISES and ROLEMODEL, and Korody as a founding member of WISH and NAILBITER as well as producing countless projects at his Candle Recordings studio. Beliefs are now set to present Leaper at shows and to festivals such as Supercrawl, POP Montreal, and New York’s CMJ along side the Hand Drawn Dracula family.

The album "Early Sonic June" is a remastered compilation of sounds by Dive (jpn). The album consists remastered versions of the trilogy "Tones Of Sun" "Reverberation" and "Freeze Frame++" plus the unreleased tracks.

2005年、埼玉にて結成。現在は東京を中心に活動中。現在までに2枚のミニアルバム、1枚のEP、1枚のスプリットアルバム（w/少女スキップ）をリリース。日本コロムビアから発売されたV.A.「total feedback」へも楽曲を提供。2015年公開の映画「DUAL CITY / デュアル・シティ」（長谷川億名 監督）ではエンディングテーマを担当。これまでにsad day for puppets(sweden)、ceremony(US)、eskimohunter(US)、screen vinyl image(US)等のジャパンツアーに帯同。2015年5月のastrobrite(US)来日公演ではTHE NOVEMBERS等と共にサポート予定。

Forsaken Autumn由曾经上海Indie Rock乐队Rank/The Wish吉他手Britlululu找到国内独树一帜的Slowcore,Dreampop低调女歌手吴雪颖组建于2011年上海。乐队历经了数次解散亦或半解散的状态，一直在成员与各种生活变动，音乐理念平衡中挣扎前行。乐队吉他手Britlululu创立Luuv Label并举办的第一届，第二届东亚自赏音乐节对乐队而言无疑为最实至名归的自赏盯鞋夜晚，当然在几年间累计的演出中也并不能忘记与Childs，Yuck，This Will Destroy You，吹万等等优秀乐队的美好记忆。
乐队名Forsaken Autumn由遗落与秋日构成，传递着疏离，孤寂，忧伤，唯美，迷失的心境。除深受My Bloody Valentine,Slowdive,Swallow等Shoegaze以及Dreampop,Slowcore,Alternative风格影响以外，同时致力于在Britlululu的另类流行音乐美学与Ecke的梦呓柔语中，幻存于虚无的深蓝梦乡。EP"Whenere"收录了先前就人气颇高的梦幻唯美代表作“Wallow”，“Limpid”，“Soft Wing”，同时也有像“Insane”，“Only Respire”这样的另类自赏之歌，而开篇曲“Vanish Into The Air”则构造着安静的氛围与音墙轰鸣中的私我自溺。

Strange Free World is the second album by British alternative rock band Kitchens of Distinction, released on February 19, 1991 in the US by A&M Records and on March 18, 1991 in the UK by One Little Indian Records. It is the follow-up to their 1989 debut Love Is Hell. Noted producer Hugh Jones, who worked with Echo & the Bunnymen (on their 1981 album Heaven Up Here), among many others, helped KOD to sound more at ease in the studio.

LUSH来自英国著名独立音乐大本营/唱片公司4AD。独立公司的意思是指不附庸于任何一家超级垄断唱片公司址下，完全实行自立、自主的独立操作原则；更重要的是每个独立唱片公司都有一个个性强烈的音乐指向/氛围，即其旗下的乐队/个人都有一个大概统一的音乐风格范畴；另外，这类唱片公司一般是将艺术家创作的自由度放到最大，而不会为了商业效果而去过分的约束、限制。4AD是这一领域佼佼者，它不但坚持了20年屹立不倒，不为大公司所吞并，而且始终坚持了自己独立的音乐态度。
比起其他80年代末期同时崛起的英伦团体，在1998年成军，Lush的命运似乎走的特别坎坷，因为除了主唱Chris Acland后来不幸于1996年因为长期忧郁症而上吊自杀外当时的乐团的发展又因Shegazing乐派如慧星般迅速崛起,离散而让Lush的组团命运也随同大起大落,只到1998年宣布解散而结束。
一般而言，Lush或许未如同乐派的My Bloody Valentine 或Ride那样受到乐评界的诸多推崇，但不可否认，身为低调厂牌4AD仙乐派主要代表乐队之一，他们对于当时的乐坛发展规律着实有其重要的贡献。有人称其为强硬派女权主义乐队，但在他们的音乐中，往往是仙乐缥缈的女声伴随着甜美的白色Guitar噪音，营造出一种异样的美感，也可以这样说，他们踩在了Cocteau Twins的肩膀上，但是比他们的前辈更进了一步。"Light from a dead star"就是他们的绝出代表作。聆听那来自星辰的梦幻灵声，已经超越了现实的空间和时间，配乐更是达到了完美的境界，已来不及区分音乐与床的不同，能带来如此美妙的梦境，堪称唯美另类的不朽之作！

Ann Arbor's Pity Sex built the world of White Hot Moon, their second album, inch-by-inch. The group, formed in 2011 by childhood friends and lifelong collaborators Sean St. Charles (co-lyricist/drums) and Brennan Greaves (vocals/guitar), came together explicitly to try its hand at writing pop songs. St. Charles and Greaves were putting their hardcore band to rest, enlisting Britty Drake (co-lyricist/vocals/guitar) and Brandan Pierce (bass) to round out Pity Sex's line-up. Now, the band is using the foundation of 2013's celebrated Feast of Love as the framework for something bigger, stronger, and altogether more monumental. Coming off of tours with Ceremony, Eskimeaux, and Colleen Green—including a run in Australia—the band dove into the studio with Feast of Love producer Will Yip to harness that momentum into an album to showcase Pity Sex's growth. And if White Hot Moon wears its ambition on its sleeve, that's by design: the band looked to wide-screen albums by Yo La Tengo and Sonic Youth for inspiration in finding a bigger sound. That shows: Drake and Greaves spin huge webs of sound, anchored in shoegaze but branching off in a dozen directions, from fuzzed-out power-pop (“Bonhomie”) to shimmering balladry (“Dandelion”) and back again, while St. Charles and Pierce lock into step subtly counterintuitive rhythms and floor-shaking low-end.
That inclusive attitude toward songwriting fuels Pity Sex's creative fires. Drake’s more intimate and confessional songs complement St. Charles’s imagistic lyrics, and vice versa. This confluence enriches White Hot Moon and encourages compositional complexity and a shared affinity for pop solidity in equal measure. The record features some of the most directly collaborative songwriting in the band's career, and that spirit has taken them in exciting directions—often several at once, dipping into different stylistic touchstones while maintaining a constant, grounding sense of emotion throughout. As St. Charles explains, “We thought a lot about pop conventions and how they work, and we're purposefully playing around with that.” The result of this playful but dedicated approach to their craft: wherever you visit White Hot Moon, you'll come away refreshed, revitalized, and ready for Pity Sex to guide you along the rest of the trip.
