2012年9月，酒保戴斯蒙·迈尔斯（Desmond Miles）被跨国制药公司Abstergo劫持作为“Animus”（一台能以基因追溯祖先记忆之机器）的第十七个实验体，目的为获得其活跃于1191年（第三次十字军东征）、隶属叙利亚刺客组织（阿萨辛派）之刺客祖先阿泰尔·无人之子（Altaïr ibn La-Ahad）的一段记忆。
当年阿泰尔奉命与另外两名刺客到所罗门圣殿寻找一个古代遗物，却对于自己过度自信，不但被刺客之宿敌圣殿骑士团阻止且违背了三大刺客信条－不杀无辜、不暴露行踪、不连累刺客组织。于回到刺客组织位于马西亚夫的保垒后，刺客组织之首艾尔·慕瓦林（Al Mualim,阿拉伯语：معلم ,导师）把阿泰尔降至最低级别，同时命其刺杀九名位于圣地（耶路撒冷、大马士革、阿卡）内的骑士团重要人物以作赎罪，并为十字军及撒拉森势力之间带来和平。九名目标（部分为真实人物）分别为大马士革武器商人Tamir、医院骑士团大团长Garnier de Naplouse、耶路撒冷奴隶贩子Talal、大马士革富商Abu'l Nuqoud、阿卡摄政王William Ⅴ of Montferrat、耶路撒冷摄政王Majd Addin、条顿骑士团大团长Sibrand、大马士革学者Jubair al Hakim及圣殿骑士团大团长Robert de Sablé。
阿泰尔把各人逐一刺杀，并了解众人之目的为利用从所罗门圣殿取得之古代遗物控制人民思想以带来和平，而圣殿骑士团之最终计划为联合十字军及撒拉森势力以摧毁刺客组织，但Robert de Sablé在垂死时透露艾尔·慕瓦林真实身分乃骑士团之一员，因企图独占遗物而派遣阿泰尔刺杀其余九人。阿泰尔回到刺客组织保垒与Al Mualim对质时获知真相：该遗物来自一个人类以前的文明（Those Who Came Before），名为“伊甸碎片”（Piece of Eden），又称“禁果”（The Apple），能控制人类思想及造出幻象，而古代之超自然现像包括摩西分红海、十灾、迦拿的婚礼中水变成酒、特洛伊战争中神明显灵等全为此遗物造出之幻象。利用“伊甸碎片”之力量，艾尔把九名已被刺杀的目标重新幻化、把自己分裂出八个幻影及作出瞬间移动与阿泰尔展开决斗。阿泰尔把各幻术击破后击败艾尔并将之刺杀，而“伊甸碎片”此时投射出位于全世界其余多块碎片的立体影像（也是Abstergo希望得到之记忆）。
戴斯蒙、现代刺客及Abstergo（现代圣殿骑士团）之事迹于后继作品《刺客信条II》中续有叙述。

一款超级动物英雄的优秀游戏作品。

和超级马里奥，索尼克等游戏一样，这是一款2D横向卷轴游戏。其实冒险岛并非是HUDSON的原创作品，HUDSON是从Westone（《神奇男孩》的开发者）得到游戏的授权。游戏的目的是救出主角高桥名人的恋人蒂娜。整个游戏共有8个场景，而每一个场景又包括4个阶段。主角会在最后一个阶段的结尾遇到BOSS角色。只有打倒了BOSS（弱点在头部）才可以顺利通关，对付BOSS的难度随着场景数的增加而增加（比如打倒场景1的BOSS只需攻击8次，以后场景数每增加1攻击数目增加2，到了场景8需攻击22次方能打倒BOSS）。

Temple Run is an "endless running" video game developed by the Raleigh-based Imangi Studios. The player takes on the role of an explorer who, having stolen an idol from a temple, is chased by "demonic monkeys". The game is available on iOS and Android systems. It was released for Windows Phone 8 towards the end of March, 2013.

Konami’s LCD port of Contra. Gameplay handles similar to the base stages. The player progresses forward in a pseudo-3D environment as foot soldiers and xenomorph aliens approach and attack.

There are a total of 3 levels. Each level is completed by destroying central targets on a wall that are guarded by enemies and missiles; the targets are collectively termed Falcon Phaso-Sensors. The player automatically runs through each corridor, which progressively increases in distance, during which soldiers and aliens are confronted; at the end of each are the boss battles, the sensors.
