County Durham, England, 1984. The miners' strike has started and the police have started coming up from Bethnal Green, starting a class war with the lower classes suffering. Caught in the middle of the conflict is 11-year old Billy Elliot, who, after leaving his boxing club for the day, stumbles upon a ballet class and finds out that he's naturally talented. He practices with his teacher Mrs. Wilkinson for an upcoming audition in Newcastle-upon Tyne for the royal Ballet school in London.

Timecode is a 2016 Spanish live-action short film directed by Juanjo Giménez. Luna and Diego are the parking lot security guards. Diego does the night shift, and Luna works by day. One day, Luna's boss asks her to investigate a broken tail light. It won the Short Film Palme d'Or award at 69th annual Cannes Film Festival in 2016. It is also nominated for an Academy Award for Best Live Action Short Film at the 89th Academy Awards in 2017.

云南的舞蹈展现着最纯粹的舞蹈之美，一下子就被吸引了，一气呵成写了三个大纲《马鹿舞》《孔雀舞》《泼水节》，想做一组系列作品，但后来考虑到时间精力有限，就忍痛只制作其中的开篇《马鹿舞》。这个作品并不想要讲一个矛盾冲突的结构故事，而是想寻求一点突破，讲马鹿舞的源流之美、舞蹈之美。
为此，打磨很久，中间遇到很困难，度过了许多不眠之夜，终于将心中所想，跃然画面。奈何水平有限，能力还是不足，没能把云南马鹿舞之美充分表达出来，只能勉强算作浅尝即止，大家要想领略马鹿舞之美，还是要亲自去云南看一看。
