Um médico da cidade grande (Luciano Huck) vai passar as férias numa pequena cidade do Rio Grande do Sul, cercada de lendas sobre o desaparecimento de turistas na região. Ele é acolhido na casa de uma família local (pai, filho e avó) e, durante o almoço, o rapaz procura alertar o médico sobre um terrível segredo que a cidade esconde.
