来自芬兰的Children of Bodom可能是国内知名度最高的旋律死亡金属（姑且还是这么说吧）乐队了，与Nightwish和Sonata Arctica并称为芬兰新生代金属三剑客的他们虽然风格是Melodic Death Metal，但他们的音乐并不像其余乐队那样阴暗、残暴，而是充满了年轻人的朝气、激情，也许还有一点顽皮。正因如此，Children of Bodom成为了最被主流所接受的极端金属乐队之一，并被公认为最具娱乐精神的极端金属乐队。
Children of Bodom的主唱，同时也被认为是世界上最优秀的主音吉他手之一的Alexi，凭借他讨人喜欢的台风和极高的人气成为了ESP吉他2006年的主推形象代言人。而且好运连连的他还被东家Nuclear Blast选中，成为这个欧洲一线厂牌在芬兰的形象代表，为了配合公司的宣传活动，乐队在今年年初推出了他们的新翻唱专辑。

The first version, covering only four albums, was a serious deficit considering their complete works,hence I decide to make a second version which covers their works as much as possible.So here it is now with 28 songs.
I didn't expect that so many people take interest in this bootleg collection,maybe simply because of its cover,which is only a normal illustration I found in the Web. In fact,this cover is so much different from those of Belle&Sebastian's works in style ,which revolve around portraits with single color,much like The Smiths' .Since it's not an official album,this cover will continue being used.

1982年，Metallica以一首单曲"Hit The Lights"参与了Metal Blade公司发行的合辑"Metal Massacre"，受到了地下摇滚乐刊的好评，当时的贝司手是Ron McGovney，在七月份又推出了一张七首歌的Demo带"No Life 'Til Leather"，刚录制完成后Cliff Burton加入。除了包括上张专辑中的"Hit The Lights"、"The Mechanix(后来的The Four Horsemen)"、"Jump In The Fire"和"Motorbreath"之外，还收录了"Seek And Discovery"、"Metal Militia"和"Phantom Load"三支新曲。只可惜Demo带并没有正式发行，而只被人们拷贝传听。喜欢Metallica的朋友不妨下载来听听，当时的主音吉他手还是Dave Mataine，而且主唱James的演唱风格和后来也有很大区别。
