名门高中椚椚丘中学的垫底班级3年E班，在新一学年迎来了一个奇怪的老师（二宫和也 配音）。这个老师长着圆圆的黄色大脑袋以及黏滑恶心的触角，原来他就是不久前将月亮炸成月牙的罪魁祸首。日本防务省特种部队的精英乌间惟臣（椎名桔平 饰）向学生们介绍了怪物的情况，他拥有20马赫的超快速度，人类寻常的武器对他完全不起作用。为了阻止怪物一年后摧毁地球的阴谋，人类必须想方设法除掉他。而怪物自告奋勇愿意出任3年E班的班主任，于是乎手无缚鸡之力的学生们担当起刺杀怪物的重任。此后，学生们接受了乌间的严格培训，而杀手比琪（知英 饰）、智能机器人自律思考固定炮台（桥本环奈 饰）、转学生堀部系成（加藤清史郎 饰）以及教官鹰冈明（高岛政伸 饰）等强大对手也相继来到这间暗杀教室内，搞怪的“杀老师”将面临永无止息的刺杀行动……

Two alchemist brothers go on a quest for the Philosopher's Stone after an attempt to revive their dead mother goes horribly wrong.

Hajime finds it difficult to graduate to the next grade at school. His friend Miyuki tells Hajime to study at a private school which is famous for its strictness. At that school, Hajime uncovers a death caused by non-natural reasons. He's challenged by a genius crime producer. ~~ Based on the manga series "Kindaichi Shonen no Jikenbo Gokumon Juku Satsujin Jiken" by Seimaru Amagi and Fumiya Sato.

A mysterious creature destroys part of the moon and then warns that if it is not destroyed before March of the following year, Earth will be next. It also demands to become the homeroom teacher of Class E, a third-year class at Kunugigaoka High School. As the deadline for the assassination and the date of the end of the world approach, the students discover their true abilities and Koro-sensei's shocking identity.

拥有超强推理能力的小Q（神木隆之介 饰）在侦探学园学习，梦想是成为一名侦探。与他有相同志向的同学还有，美南惠（志田未来 饰）：拥有过目不忘的能力；天草流（山田凉介 饰）：推理天才，但身份成谜，背后影藏着秘密；鸣泽数马（若叶克实 饰）：电脑高手，收集情报能力强；远山金太郎（要润 饰）：运动强人，热血少年。侦探学园的五人组各自发挥自己的长处密切配合，联手解决了城里不少案件，破了不少谜团，而流背后的故事也随着案件的加深被一一道出。
本剧根据佐藤文也的同名漫画改编，而漫画则改编自天树征丸的小说。二人之前还合作过大人气作品《金田一少年之事件簿》。

由名侦探団守彦创立的全日本最优秀的侦探学校DDS最近要招收新成员了！引来了无数侦探迷们的积极参与，要想进入学园首先得经历考试，而这次考试则是解决一起疑案。喜欢推理的小Q（神木隆之介 饰）也参加了这次考试。在现场他结识了形形色色和他一样喜欢推理的人们，其中包括了拥有瞬间记忆能力的少女美南惠（志田未来 饰）、能力出色行动力强且颇神秘的天草流（山田凉介 饰）、电脑高手的鸣泽数码（松川尚瑠辉 饰）及一根筋的少年远山金太郎（要润 饰）。他们在这起案件中，通过合作最终解决了悬案，而这只是一切故事的开端……
本剧改编自天树征丸的原作小说，由漫画家佐藤文也执笔。该SP是系列剧《侦探学园Q》的前篇。

Kouta Fujioka is a 29-year old man who has a good family, including his father who always supports him, his mother who enjoys cooking, and his older sister with her bright personality. He also has a girlfriend named Etsuko Tanebe. Kouta wants people to eat delicious foods made by him and begins a job as an apprentice chef at a restaurant. One day, Kouta suddenly passes out and is sent to the hospital, where he is diagnosed with malignant lymphoma, completely changing his life. Given three months left to live, Kouta makes up his mind, with the support of his family and those he meets at the hospital, to accept his fate and "face a proper death".
