俱乐部“北斗”的老板娘香(美空云雀)是一位有着脱离素人的歌声的主人。电视台台长山上追求香，想让她当歌手，但比起自己，香更热衷于作曲家的丈夫和彦发行新曲。这时，香过去的男人，卓也出现在"北斗"上。卓也现在是炙手可热的作曲家，对工作和恋爱都充满自信的卓也开始动摇香的心…

真田幸村（松方弘樹）は家康（萬屋錦之介）の首を狙っていたが、逆に家康の企てに嵌められる。そんな幸村だったが、家康の弾圧を受ける諸国の民達を代表するかのごとく、霧隠才蔵（寺田農）、猿飛佐助（あおい輝彦）ら真田十勇士が集うことに。時を同じくして、豊臣家の滅亡を狙う家康が大阪冬の陣、夏の陣への謀略を巡らせて…。
