Andalusia, Spain, 1840. After three years of wandering, Salva, who works as an assistant to a blind knife sharpener, returns to Seville, his hometown, where he meets Carmen, a gypsy woman with a captivating voice.

After being reassigned from music to field reporting, a critic goes to a refugee camp near Paris during an evacuation. He experiences police violence and is thrust into becoming the face of the refugee cause.

As Hakim is waiting for the bus after class, he is caught in a vendetta between teenagers. He is not exactly keen to get into a fight, but how can he possibly avoid an awaited confrontation?
