A small town has made an industry out of Bigfoot sightings and ancillary merchandising. All this may come to an end very soon though, as a local businessman hopes to trap Bigfoot once and for all, in order to get all the publicity gravy.

After a terrifying youth encounter with a strange half man/half frog monster living in a lake that killed his father, a young man returns to search for the monster's hidden treasure, and to see if the legendary creature really was killed.
