Lifelong friends, Carrie and Rae grapple with their gray area friendship as they navigate coming of age apart.

Based on a true story that took place in the San Gabriel Valley, the film follows an immigrant mother with terminal cancer who takes desperate measures to help her unstable teenage son as she uncovers his growing obsession with mass shootings.

A young woman working her first night shift at a remote motel begins to suspect that she is being followed by a dangerous character from her past. As the night progresses and increasingly supernatural events occur, she quickly finds out that nothing is what it appears to be.
