找了这么多年终于找到了这部片子...google大神真是好物！
下面凭自己的记忆写一下故事概略吧：
没记错的是很久以前的一个国家的人因为内乱而分散，一部分在很高的山上，成为科技高度发展的一个城市，而另一部分人留在了山下，过着原始的农耕生活。但是不知道因为什么原因，城市里的生育率很低（也许是因为维度太高吧），那里的婴儿很难正常存活。（这么多年我还记得山上的人的那个全身包裹的可以飞的盔甲！太帅啦！！><）
忘了由于什么原因，城市和村子的人彼此敌对（好像有点像罗密欧和朱丽叶 = =）。
主角2个小p孩，女孩是城市的首长的女儿，我记得当年台版365夜的翻译是心蓝，男孩是村子里的小孩。
两个小孩关系很好，经常一起玩，但是村子和城里的大人都不允许。后来两个小孩掉到海里去了，海里的独角鲸救了他们。但是双方的大人不知道，都以为是对方绑架了自己的小孩。就在剑拔弩张的时候村子的长老出面调停，然后把所有的人都带到了村子下面世世代代只有长老才知道的一个地方。那是一个很大的石头门，门口的石柱上有一个小小的独角鲸的雕像，但是这个雕像没有角。长老从怀里摸出了一个角后插到了石像头上，原来这个就是开门的钥匙！于是门开了，人们跑进去一看是个类似码头的地方。一头独角鲸冒出了水面，并缓缓的张开嘴，男孩和女孩正在他嘴里睡的很香！
后来好像是谁揭示了村子跟城市的关系，大家和好啦，于是Happy的在一起了！
现在想起来，很像天空之城和风之谷综合起来的的情节哈~

若松真人大概是安达充作品中最最没有用处的男主角了，但也是女人缘最好的男主角。（这个世界有没有天理啊……）总之，十六岁的男主角若松真人，好色，懒惰，学习成绩很糟糕，体育也不好……他唯一可以炫耀的地方就在于他有一个非常温柔美丽的女朋友鹿岛美雪和一个非常活泼可爱的妹妹若松美雪。

孤児院ちびっこハウスの伊達直人は動物園の虎の檻の前で喧嘩をしたのがきっかけで、悪役レスラー養成機関「虎の穴」にスカウトされる。 虎の穴での殺人トレーニングをこなす日々の中で、自分と同じような生い立ちを持つ孤児たちに、同じような苦しみを味わわせたくないという想いを抱くようになり、虎の穴を卒業、「タイガーマスク」としてプロレスデビューをしてからは、収入の一部を孤児院へ寄付するようになった。 当初は虎の穴へのファイトマネーの半額という上納金は支払った上で、自分の手取り分の範囲内での援助を考えていたが、自分の出身施設である孤児院「ちびっこハウス」の窮状を知り、虎の穴へ納める分まで寄付せざるを得なくなる。虎の穴はタイガーを裏切り者とみなし、タイガーを倒すための刺客を次々と送って来る。
同じ裏切り者となるなら、せめて後輩となる「ちびっ子ハウス」の子供たちに恥じない戦いをしたいと、正統派スタイルへ転向。当初は、身についた悪役ファイトが抜けきれず、また正攻法では大物レスラーを相手に通用しないので、苦闘の連続だった。レフェリーの目を盗んだ喉笛へのトウキックなどの隠し技を使うこともあったが、ジャイアント馬場にあっさりこれを見抜かれ、以後封印する。
やがて、ウルトラ・タイガー・ドロップ、フジヤマ・タイガー・ブリーカー（アニメでは「ウルトラ・タイガー・ブリーカー」）、タイガーVなど、独自の必殺技を開発している。 しかし、虎の穴が次々と送り込んでくる悪役レスラーたちとの死闘の中、反則に反則で応えてしまうこともしばしばあり、「虎の穴」で身についた悪役スタイルと正統派でありたい意識の中でながく葛藤した。彼がこの苦悩から解放されるのは、ミル・マスカラスの弟、エル・サイケデリコから、正統派のイメージにこだわるあまり、ルールで認められた5カウント内の反則まで否定してしまった兄の苦悩を聞かされてからである。
