「貞子vs伽椰子」の白石晃士監督が、2018年の自主製作短編「恋のクレイジーロード」を長編映画として自らリブートしたバイオレンスラブコメディ。過去を隠して田舎町の工務店で働き始めた内気な青年・宙也は、同僚たちから暴力を振るわれる日々を送っていた。町では近頃「男が関西弁の女装男に声を掛けられ、交際を断ると殺される」という都市伝説がささやかれていた。ある日、宙也は好意を寄せている同僚・栞から、一緒に逃げようと持ち掛けられる。彼女によると工務店の人間は人殺しで、宙也もいずれ遊び半分で殺されるという。2人は町外れのスナックで落ち合う約束をするが、逃亡に気づいた工務店の社長や同僚が彼らを追う。そんな中、噂の女装男が現れ宙也に一目ぼれしたことから、事態は思わぬ方向へと展開していく。短編に続いて「デッドエンドの思い出」の田中俊介が主演を務め、「俳優・亀岡拓次」の宇野祥平が女装男・江野祥平を怪演。
