청각 장애를 가진 소년 밀라노는 거친 밑바닥 삶을 사는 아빠 알랭과 위태로운 동행을 이어간다. 자신을 버린 엄마를 향한 그리움과 세상의 차가운 시선 속에서 소년은 인공와우를 통해 세상의 소리를 듣지만, 정작 소중한 사람들과의 소통은 어긋나기만 한다. 빚더미와 범죄의 늪에서 아빠는 아들을 지키려 발버둥 치고, 밀라노는 고립된 침묵을 깨고 비로소 자신만의 목소리를 내기 시작한다.

On the streets of Antwerp, Badia, Junes and Volt are trying to tear themselves away from their past, but the underworld is inexorably pulling them back in. Adamo has worked his way up to become one of the most influential figures in the Antwerp drug trade. He becomes ever more entangled in a web of power and danger. His friends have to make a choice: stay loyal to Adamo or choose safety.
