某天，小新（矢島晶子 配音）闲逛的时候捡到一个动感超人的面具，戴上面具后，小新发现自己竟然能和动感超人通话。他被任命为代表正义的动感间谍，专门与邪恶势力作战，并且见到了他的搭档——7岁女孩苏诺萌·柠檬（愛河里花子 配音）。在柠檬的带领下，小新开始作为动感间谍的艰苦训练。在这一过程中，面向凶恶的怪大叔不断偷袭小新，而在这一系列事件背后，似乎又隐藏着两个神秘的国家——无声屁共和国与不放屁王国。看似善良的柠檬也变得正邪难辨。不久，小新更和柠檬闯入了困难重重的不放屁王国……
本片根据臼井義人的同名原著改编，是《蜡笔小新》系列第19部剧场版。

故事发生在风景如画的北海道小樽市，性格胆小懦弱的千濑（折笠富美子 配音）喜欢上了稳重可靠的修次（石母田史朗 配音），鼓起勇气告白之后，两人走到了一起，并且开始交换日记。
某日，神秘的敌人出现在了札幌市，紧接着到来的是猛烈的攻击，从空袭之中侥幸逃脱的修次看到空中漂浮着少女的身影，她有着钢铁的翅膀和巨大的机械手臂，正在和敌人进行着殊死战斗，令修次怎么也无法相信的是，这名少女正是千濑。原来，千濑被日本军方改造成为了强大的人体兵器，用来和敌人作战，而随着身体的不断改造和能力的不断增强，千濑的精神和肉体都来到了崩溃的边缘。

2018年6月2日FLCL Progressive于美国电视频道Adult Swim的Toonami档分为6话播出。

这部「战国鬼才传」的作品以群雄割据的战国时代为舞台，主角古田重然本身是织田信长的家臣古田重然，身为武士与雅士的他，从天才信长之处学到了壮大的世界观，本身希望追求出人头地的机会，但自从遇见了茶圣千宗易处学得了深远的精神性之后，他便变成被茶道与物慾夺去灵魂的 男人。

马德拉斯（小林沙苗 配音），一位行迹诡异的杀手，活跃在卡萨索尼卡王国内战的战场之上。玛格丽特（桑岛法子 配音），一笔价值不菲的遗产的唯一继承人，从小打到都是养尊处优的大小姐。这两个表面上看来毫无关联的女子，其唯一的共同点就是都失去了记忆。而玛格丽特唯一记得的，只有“马德拉斯”这一个名字。
一本神秘的绘本将玛格丽特带往了卡萨索尼卡，而国际犯罪组织安纺亦盯上了玛格丽特，他们派出了特务卡罗莎（森川智之 配音）潜伏在玛格丽特身边。在卡萨索尼卡，马德拉斯和玛格丽特终于相遇了，她们决定共同寻找绘本的起源和隐藏在其中的秘密，与此同时，马德拉斯和她的指导老师潘尼莎（雪野五月 配音）一起，揭露了安纺贩卖军火，并且想要掀起世界大战的巨大阴谋。

Humanity has turned even space itself into a battlefield, and the Principality of Zeon forces advance after wiping out half the world's population by carrying out the Operation British (colony drop). In response, the Earth Federation Forces mobilize their overwhelming fighting strength to regain the advantage. The complex intrigues of the Zabi family... The episode will focus on the young Zeon ace Char Aznable earning his "Red Comet" nom de guerre, as well as the beginnings of the Federation's "Project V" weapons project that will eventually birth the RX-78-02 Gundam.

After the Dawn Rebellion, Char travels to Earth and meets a girl with mysterious powers named Lalah Sune.
Meanwhile, Amuro's father Tem Ray is working on the RX-78 development project. Learning of the defection of Doctor Minovsky, a key figure in Zeon mobile suit development, he heads for the moon. History's first battle between mobile suits unfolds in the twilight zone of the lunar surface.
Then comes Universal Century 0079. Side 3, the space city furthest from the Earth, launches a war of independence against the Earth Federation government under the name of the Principality of Zeon.

Universal Century 0068, Side 3 - The Autonomous Republic of Munzo. Zeon Zum Deikun attempts to declare complete independence of Munzo from the Earth Federation Government, while he preaches the evolutionary potential of humans who have advanced into outer space. Deikun however suddenly falls to his death in the middle of his speech at parliament. Upon Deikun's death, Jimba Ral spreads word of a House of Zabi conspiracy - but despite such efforts the power and sphere of influence of House of Zabi, led by Degwin Sodo Zabi, only seem to escalate. While we witness for the first time the untold convulsions of Universal Century history, Casval and Artesia, just bereaved of their father, must face destinies which will be just as tumultuous as the very era itself.

In the year UC 0071, three years after escaping the Zabi faction on an Ocean Cargo ship, Artesia and Casval are living happily in Andalusia, Spain, Earth under the identities of Sayla Mass and Éduoard Mass, respectively; masquerading as the children of Don Teabolo Mass, a long time friend of their father Zeon Zum Deikun.

同作は、「ルパン三世」の原作誕生50周年を締めくくる記念作品。「ルパン三世 PART5」ブルーレイ＆DVD第1巻の先着購入特典として、約27分の映像がDVDに収録される。キャラクターデザインを「ルパン三世 PART5」の横堀久雄と、長年「ルパン」シリーズに関わってきたアニメーターの平山智、監督を「サイボーグ009VSデビルマン」の川越惇が担当し、メインキャストは栗田貫一ら、「ルパン三世 PART5」と同じメンバーが担当する。
公開されたオープニングは、ルパンが往年のライバルたちと迫力のカーチェイスを繰り広げるところからはじまる。また本編では、過去のシリーズでルパンと対決した摩毛狂介、百地三太夫、パイカル、ストーンマンらが登場し、第1シリーズの第1話「ルパンは燃えているか……?!」で敵の首領・ミスターXに捕われた峰不二子が完全再現されるという。川越惇監督からは、「コメディあり、お色気あり、カーチェイスあり、懐かしいキャラが総登場のお祭り企画！　いろんなルパンが好きな方がいると思いますので、どの世代の方でも楽しめるように仕掛けをつくってます」とのコメントが寄せられている。

Netflix将于明年播出全新的哥斯拉动画系列《哥斯拉 奇点》，据悉剧情和角色均为原创，与之前的哥斯拉系列没有任何联系。本片导演为执导过[哆啦A梦：大雄的南极冰冰凉大冒险]的高桥敦史，他将与BONES(《钢之炼金术师》《交响诗篇》)和Orange(《宝石之国》)共同制作本剧，风格为CG和手绘相结合，而吉卜力的资深动画师山森英司将负责设计本剧的怪兽。

长久以来，神乐都遭受着母亲天王洲神泉（高岛雅罗 配音）的虐待，成为女神，更是由于被催眠之故。于是，辰己带着神乐，利用自己“写杀”的异能力，开始了一段惊险而又刺激的逃亡之旅。
