相传警方派驻了上千卧底深入黑帮，就等时机成熟把社团一网打尽。此时警方雄图大志，将潜伏已久终于爆发的行动命名为“百年孤寂”。洪兴社树大招风，社团里各个话事人开始草木皆兵。相反洪兴老大淡定自若，他的女人苏菲（秦海璐饰）替他周旋于各帮派期间，力稳局势。
然而洪兴社团的众人已经按捺不住躁动。人人自危的情势开始：分管不同领域的华超（吴镇宇饰）、黎继祥（曾志伟饰）、钟孝礼（张智霖饰）、游志标（陈小春饰）几人当中，有的已经被警方掌握了犯罪证据，有的正陷入一场恐慌，看不清身边谁人是卧底身份。警方铲除洪兴社团即日可待。

故事出自连拍三集的《倩女幽魂》，徐克二维人物动作结合三维背景电脑处理，成为卡通漫画版。电影制作历时四年，糅合了日本动画和中国传统中国板画风格。
宁采臣（林海峰 配音）在鬼城郭北县遇上了一个令他一见钟情的女鬼小倩（袁咏仪 配音），可惜小倩只想吸取宁的阳气给姥姥（陈慧琳 配音），却意外地救了宁一命。这时道士燕赤霞（黄沾 配音）来到，鬼怪们逃命，宁舍命救了小倩。为免小倩为难，自愿与小倩去见姥姥。当姥姥要吸宁的阳气时，小倩改变了初衷，救了宁。宁与小倩海誓山盟，愿来世再续缘。当他们投胎时，遇到了来报复的黑山老妖，后来被跟来的燕杀死。但是以扫除一切妖魔鬼怪为目标捉鬼大师白云（黄敏民 配音）和十方（葛民辉 配音）却要消灭所有投胎的妖怪，燕不得不与他们斗法，最后两败俱伤。经历了种种磨练，宁终于得以与小倩重逢，再也不分离……

Triad member Chicken is designated by Taiwan's San Luen Gang to marry Nanako, the daughter of the fifth generation leader of the Yamada Gang in Japan. Later, the leader of the triad group gets murdered. Actually, all the San Luen Gang members suspect Chicken attacked their leader Liu, in order to make a chance for him to rule the Gang and thus have adopted an extremely hostile attitude towards him.

1950年，咏春派一代宗师叶问（黄秋生 饰）与妻子张永成（袁咏仪 饰）带同儿子叶准到澳门生活，继而到香港谋生。一次较量，梁双（洪天明 饰）甘拜下风，并拜叶问为师。其后，叶问先后收了李琼（蒋路霞 饰）、陈四妹（钟欣桐 饰）、邓声（陈小春 饰）、汪东（周定宇 饰）、吴赞等人为徒。但最瞩目是与红颜知己珍妮（周楚楚 饰）一段鲜为人知的事迹。
汪东与吴赞好斗，四处与其他门派“讲手”，经常需要叶问调解。某夜，工友们与梁双在天台开会起冲突，叶问出手制伏众人。另一方面，邓声沉迷名利，与贪污警员同流合污。叶问向邓声晓以大义，邓声终暗中协助因引发警民冲突而被捕的李琼获释。
1959年，九龙城寨由江湖中人地头龙（熊欣欣 饰）统领，经营不良勾当。邓声答应暗助魏霸天（卢伟光 饰）的狮队胜出，好让地头龙操控比赛结果。比赛当天，魏霸天偷袭吴忠（曾志伟 饰），叶问出手救助吴忠，击败魏霸天。叶问与吴忠成了莫逆之交。

Since dropping out from the medical school, Lau Mack has been living a humble but contented life, running a small clinic in a shabby area, treating local inhabitants and poor prostitutes working there. One night, he escorts an injured gun robber to the government hospital, where he unexpectedly meets his old friend from college time, Dr. Jaw, now a reputed surgeon with an aspiration for senior management. To Jaw's bitter surprise, he finds himself outshone by Lau's medical talent and kindness to patients. Jaw is however determined to speed up his career ascent at the expense of Lau. His plots work perfectly, until an accident delivers his life to the mercy of Lau.

故事一：歌星Sunny（黄耀明 饰）在医院昏迷半年了，但他的身体状况良好，昏迷原因不明。护士（叶玉卿 饰）负责在凌晨值班照顾他。每天凌晨1点，护士都能看到Sunny与一名女孩在一起，原来Sunny被这个死去的歌迷缠住了……
故事二：芳（袁咏仪 饰）与几名同学到学校附近探险，据说那里常有个大辫子女鬼出现。芳的同学本来是想扮鬼吓她，竟没想到她们真的遇上了这名大辫子女鬼……
故事三：众多市民都在一本报刊中，看到了一位多天前被撞死的老婆婆的身影。这是一张快照，负责这些照片的是交通警员阿辉（陈小春 饰）与阿明（徐锦江 饰），令人心寒的是接下来的几个月，他们都被老婆婆的鬼魂缠绕……

家声（林子祥 饰）已经四十六岁了，至今仍未成家。他青梅竹马女友丽泉（伍咏薇 饰），要求与他之间做个了断。两人多年来没有结果是因为家声是一名同性恋者。而家声是有一名男朋友Sonny（陈小春 饰）的，但Sonny十分享受花花世界给他带来的虚荣，这样便使得家声觉得十分没有安全感，却又对Sonny的感情越来越深。
家声一名同性恋好友永烈因艾滋病死去了，家声劝止永烈的男友（吴镇宇 饰）不要出现在丧礼上，却被Sonny从中捣乱，家声也因此与Sonny分手了。
但家声复杂的感情世界并没有因为这样得到解决……

香港的屋邨区贫穷落后，屋邨的大人们都忙于生计而无暇管教自己的小孩。屋邨的小孩子整天无所事事，拉帮结派。这里，成了黑社会滋生的温床。山鸡（陈小春 饰）正是成长于这样的环境中，他整天和包皮（林晓峰 饰）、巢皮（朱永棠 饰）、大天二（谢天华 饰）混在一起，渐渐长大，成了香港制造的典型古惑仔。

山鸡决定送芝芝回澳门定居，但此时横生枝节，两人最终能否终成眷属？

Wu Renyao, who is good at motorcycle stunts, meets his father Wu Renteng, whom he has not seen for many years, and embarks on a road trip to the big city along with a girl named Huan Song and her brother's motorcade.

In the 1970s on the Binlusai islands, a young mother is killed when she was running with her son run from an evil presence in an abandoned Roman Catholic leper colony. In the present day, a group of four young men and women are travelling to the island to take part in a survival game run by TV channel Search Planet headed by Chen Jiadong (Philip Keung). Also on the boat is the television presenter Stanley (Jessica Xu) and cameraman Ken (Shaun Tam). The eight people have been split into four pairs where they are given a map which leads to a flag; their aim is to survive without any supplies, and the winning duo gets a grand prize of one-million dollars. As they approach the island, their ship is attacked by something unknown under the water and most of their luggage is lost. Shen Yilin (Mini Yang) has preserved her map which she gives to her partner Peng Fei (Jordan Chan).
