1992年的电视专题系列片，关于钓鱼迷John Lurie同朋友们在世界各地享受钓鱼乐趣的记录片，其中一集是和钓鱼菜鸟老汤在牙买加。
一开始是老汤和约翰在丛林小河中泛舟，心旷神怡于这里的美景，准备大干一场，晚上到约翰一朋友那里谈好了租渔船的事。
第二天凌晨5点他们就动身出发，颠了一整天，却连根雨毛也没钓到，老汤极度不爽，并质疑约翰的专业水准。晚上闲的没事就同当地村民赌博，结果又输的很惨。
第三天老汤终于钓到了第一条鱼也是唯一的一条，高兴的将活鱼塞进裤裆里以示庆祝……
