苏韵锦（杨子姗 饰）和程铮（韩东君 饰）是高中同学，在懵懂而又天真的高中时代，两人就对彼此有着淡淡的好感，然而，苏韵锦知道自己和陈铮的生活差异巨大，不可能走到一起，于是刻意回避，然而程铮不离不弃，一直默默关心和照顾着苏韵锦，最终，苏韵锦被程铮感动，两人终成眷属。
