A highly experimental film presenting a story out of chronological order taking place 15 years after a near-apocalyptic catastrophe, about four traumatized 14 year olds who are tasked with piloting massive humanoid decisive weapons called Evangelion, the psychologically maladjusted adults who handle and command them, and the events and forces that affect them or which they take part in as they engage massive hostile invaders known as "Angels."

桃园爱一行人将要去横滨的摩天轮那里玩，目的当然是要去宣传自己的知名度，在大赛中出场获得冠军。不过却在途中迷路了。正在惊慌寻找会场的时候，突然遇见新敌人，新敌人的目的是要毁灭难得一见的彩虹奇迹，并要吞噬掉整个摩天轮和表演会场！在敌人面前，所有的光之美少女陆续登场变身，也让全部的光之美少女都对其他光之美少女的出现而感到惊讶！！但为了保护能引导未来以及希望的彩虹奇迹不被黑暗掩盖，所以光之美少女共同合作，打败恶势力！？

しかしあるとき空の彼方より「ヒューマン」を名乗る種族が降り立ち、地上への侵攻を開始する。彼らはこの大地のどこかに眠る「ガイア」と呼ばれる大いなる存在を探しているのだという。
ビーストの少年ワンと仲間たちはヒューマンの追っ手をかいくぐり、ガイアの秘密を握るという獣の姿をした3体のロボット「神霊機（ジン）」と共にガイアを探す旅へと出発する。

In the year of 1996, the Soshiki organisation led by Adel, was crushed by the hands of Eiji, Kayin and Ellis. After the Soshiki's reign of terror, all was thought to end the one-on-one battles. It was all a legend, until now. Now, in the year 2006, Eiji learned of some sacred weapons that could bring him all the power in the world, therefore, corrupting Eiji with an Evil Aura. Eiji then started a team of genetically engineered beings to help him with his idea of becoming an ultimate god. It is up to Eiji's son, Subaru, Kayin's little sister Naru, hopelessly flirtatious Rook Castle, Angel Girl Puella (and who also happens to be the daughter of past Toshinden fighter, Ellis.), Wild boy Fen, Prince Lancelot, Wise seer Genma, Ninja woman Miyabi and great robot Bang Boo to set up their own individual teams to compete with each other, as well as stopping Eiji and his minions (Eos and Zero) from becoming gods as well.

库洛德(Crawd)跟父亲罗尼齐斯提督一起来到了米罗基亚惑星做调查。结果在调查的时候发生意外，库洛德独自被时光机转送到异世界去。醒过来的库洛德第一眼看到的世界竟然是一个完全陌生的未知世界，并意外的解救了蕾娜(Rena)，成为了异世界传说中的的勇者。
蕾娜带著她的救命恩人-库洛德(？)到了村子。蕾娜一直认为库洛德就是传说中的勇者，而一心只想回自己世界的库洛德却对蕾娜说他并不是勇者。
后来，蕾娜被青梅竹马的亚雷捉走了！一颗奇怪的石头控制著亚雷，库洛德陷入苦战中。结果此时，蕾娜身体里那道秘密的力量突然解放……
库洛德(Crawd)该如何返回原来的世界，又该如何解救这个未知的世界呢？

人気TVアニメ『ラムネ＆40』のスタッフにより制作されたOVAシリーズの第二弾で、全四巻にて完結している。
かつて地球を滅ぼしかけたという「ガイア」という存在を巡って、ワン・ダバダを始めとした半獣人「ビースト」の少年少女たちと、人類の生き残り「ヒューマン」の争いはますますヒートアップ！　先の戦いで神霊王という絶大な力を手に入れたビーストに対し、ヒューマンを率いるツアー・マスターはC・シーガルという強力な刺客を送り込む。仮面に隠されたその素顔は、どうやらワンたちと共に旅をするヒューマンの少女ユーニと、なんらかの関わりがあるらしい？
前シリーズよりも激化したロボットバトルが見もの。なお新シリーズとなってテーマソングも一新され、ローリー寺西の参加するバンド・すかんちが担当することになった。
