Anna, grieving the sudden death of her parents, relocates from New York to a small Florida town to live with the grandmother she has never met. Isolated, vulnerable, and in need of friends, she finds brief solace in the company of two local teens. But when she becomes complicit to their unforgivable act of violence, she finds herself ensnared by Mr. Sandman – the twisted soul of a tormented child who haunts bullies’ dreams before feasting on their eyeballs when they finally wake - Anna must right her wrong before becoming a victim of this gruesome curse.

Set in a candy-colored town called "Milfville", it features Fergie with a group of famous mothers, including Ciara, Chrissy Teigen, Alessandra Ambrosio, Kim Kardashian West, Gemma Ward, Tara Lynn, Devon Aoki, Angela Lindvall, Isabeli Fontana, Amber Valletta, and Natasha Poly as lingerie-clad 1950s housewives. Later in the video, Fergie is shown waitressing at a soda shop, teaching a classroom full of rowdy, letter-man jacket-wearing teens, and taking a bath in a tub filled with milk. The video ends with several mothers each shooting their own "Got Milf?" ads. Male models Jon Kortajarena and Jordan Barrett appear as a milkman and a bartender, respectively. Ambrosio's daughter Anja and Teigen's daughter Luna make appearances.

If I Can't Have Love, I Want Power, an hour-long film experience set to the music of Halsey's upcoming album, introduces a young pregnant Queen, Lila, as she wrestles with the manipulative chokehold of love to ultimately discover that the ability to create life (and end it) unlocks the paranormal power within her.
