On a remote island off Hong Kong, its rich and happy inhabitants are celebrating an annual ritual by staging an operatic show. The island is not productive but its people are rich. The third installment in the Lucky Stars series, following Winners and Sinners and My Lucky Stars. The team are released from prison to play detective in order to stop a ruthless gang from ruining their reputations, taking their lives, and that of a key witness in an upcoming trial. Triad member Chicken is designated by Taiwan's San Luen Gang to marry Nanako, the daughter of the fifth generation leader of the Yamada Gang in Japan. Later, the leader of the triad group gets murdered. Actually, all the San Luen Gang members suspect Chicken attacked their leader Liu, in order to make a chance for him to rule the Gang and thus have adopted an extremely hostile attitude towards him.

In McDull, the Alumni, our protagonist has grown up. He is no longer the little boy who banters with his mates at school. How he wishes he could just go on bantering all day long with his mates at the renowned Flower on the Spring Field Kindergarten. But that is not to be. Like all grown-ups, he has to grapple with harsh reality. McDull and his mates are scattered all over the place. Each one of them has to find his or her own path. In each of their hearts, they know they have failed. Meanwhile, life goes on in the kindergarten. Someone strums a guitar and the pupils chime in to the song: Puff the magic dragon, lives by the sea… A dragon lives forever, but not so little boys. With hindsight, McDull believes this could well be the maxim of the Flower on the Spring Field Kindergarten alumni.

世家子弟江枫（苗乔伟饰）和移花宫的花月奴（戚美珍饰）私奔，二人皆被因爱成恨的移花宫主邀月（陈美琪饰）杀害。花月奴在路上诞下一对双胞胎，邀月为了报复江枫，决定把这对双胞胎分开抚养，企图令亲兄弟长大后自相残杀。两兄弟长大成人，花无缺（吴岱融饰）在移花宫中被邀月授予超凡武功，小鱼儿（梁朝伟饰）则在恶人谷中长大，从恶人身上不仅学得武功绝学还变得诡计多端。无缺及小鱼儿分别奉命追寻南天宝藏，二人不期然而遇，结成好友，并同时结识了铁心兰（黎美娴饰）、苏樱（谢宁饰）及张菁（刘美娟饰）等几位姑娘，发展了几段爱恨交缠的爱情故事。然而在邀月、江别鹤（杨泽霖饰）及江玉郎（关礼杰饰）的设计阴谋下，两兄弟变成一对仇人，非要来一场生死决斗。
由香港无线电视于1988年拍摄的20集古装武侠剧《绝代双骄》，改编自古龙同名武侠小说。多年来，这部里程碑式的小说被多次搬上大荧幕，这也是TVB第二次将《绝代双骄》搬上荧屏。本剧集由金牌监制伍润泉执导，演员阵容空前强大，小鱼儿锁定TVB首席小生梁朝伟，花无缺起用新人吴岱融，铁心兰则由“第一古装美人”黎美娴出演，苏樱由港姐冠军谢宁出演，另有关礼杰、陈美琪、吴君如、吴孟达、吴家丽、苗侨伟、戚美珍等众多实力演员鼎力助阵。

因工作关系钟有诚（梁家辉 饰）需要到大屿山一趟。因台风的关系要在岛内留宿，在这个时候他认识了同样被困的少女慧心（袁咏仪 饰）。二人一见钟情，虽然男的已婚，女的也将会在两个星期后结婚，仍挡不住他们的爱火。有诚跟慧心深知他们是无法摆脱家中的一切相守到老，但又觉得对方的聆听是自己心灵的一种解放，便决定每年的这天都来这个小岛相聚。之后无论天雨天晴他们都会重回旧地共渡良宵。期间他们因为有诚的儿子发生过冲突，也共同迎接了慧心腹中的孩子出生。直到第二十一次相聚，有诚告诉慧心他的妻子已决定举家移民，这可能是最后一次的相聚……

The story revolves around a massive inheritance from a rich man, whose nephew is plotting to seize the fortune from his daughter Fei Fei. He hires a petty thief, nicknamed "Tricky Star" to court Fei Fei in an attempt to steal all the money. But it turns out that Fei Fei is a fake who works for the rich man's evil son.
