小奇兵(品种:盖文人)（Grey Matter）(初次登场-第2集) 为了进入机器内部维修而培养出的迷你外星人，他的小聪明替小班占了不少便宜。值得一提，Omnitrix发明者-也是小奇兵族的人(盖文人)。
快闪之星（品种：Kineceleran）（XLR8）(初次登场-第1集) 外形酷似恐龙的外星人，能利用脚上的轮子控制摩擦力，拥有时速600的速度，移动时会盖上有蓝色的X字样的黑色面具，全身由蓝色及黑色组成，快闪之星其实 不是跑步，他是用脚趾间分泌出来的油滑液体在移动。
变形怪(品种:格拉凡尼斯变形体)（Upgrade）(初次登场-第4集) 能与各类电子系统合成并将之升级，由液态金属构成，黑色底层上有根电路板类似的绿色条纹，身体可以转换成电子，圆形的眼睛可以发射绿色光线，由盖文人创 造，是宇宙中所有高等级机具组合而成，严格来说并不算是生物。
钻石战神(品种:佩卓沙平星人)（Diamondhead）(初次登场-第1集) 与其说是全身由钻石组成，不如说是一个活生生的钻石，由身上各处伸出钻石，接触到地板时也可以让钻石由地板窜出。身上的钻石具高反射性与高承受性，身体由高速生长性的坚硬矿物组成。
大钢牙(品种:佛伦人)（Ripjaws）(初次登场-第3集) 利爪和尖牙是他最大的武器，虽然水陆两栖，但是比较偏好水性，若是身体湿度过低则会全身无力，在路上用来行走的双脚在水中会变成尾鳍。
滑翔金刚（品种：Lepidopterran）（Stinkfly）(初次登场-第2集) 在空中滑翔的大型苍蝇，有四颗可以往不同方向看的眼睛，薄翅遇水会无法飞行，吐出的黏液可以用来灭火，但碰到火焰人的火则会爆炸(？)异常锋利的尾巴可以用来劈击。
鬼影（品种：伊克透瑞星人）（Ghostfreak）(初次登场-第4集) 全身布满隐形浆液，可以隐形并穿透墙壁，是所有外星英雄当中最令人感到毛骨悚然的(包括小班自己在内)。
火焰人（品种：派罗奈星人）（Heatblast）(初次登场-第1集) 居住在太阳的外星人，可以控制火，所以他灭火的速度就和放火一样。在第12集，小班患上感冒，火焰人变成了有冰冻能力。
轰天雷（品种：Arburian Pelarota）（Cannonbolt）(初次登场-第15集) Omnitrix中不稳定出现的外星人，身体可滚成圆球状撞击敌人。
野魔藤（品种：草本拉那）（Wildvine）(初次登场-第20集) Omnitrix中不稳定出现的外星人，身体可无限延伸，也可从身上抛掷胞子或囊袋。
呕吐人（品种：高卓曼人）（Upchuck） (初次登场-第39集) Omnitrix中不稳定出现的外星人，可以吃下任何东西（包括自己的星球），消化后从口里发射子弹，攻击敌人。值得一提，呕吐人不会吃普通食物，因为觉得很难吃。
大眼怪（品种：Opticoid）（Eye Guy） (初次登场-第48集) Omnitrix中不稳定出现的外星人，身上有数都数不清的眼睛（只有人类长眼睛的地方没长眼睛），可透过身上的眼睛射出雷射光、极冻光和热熔光。
超巨人（品种：图库斯达人）（Way Big） (初次登场-第46集) Omnitrix中不稳定出现的外星人，是所有外星英雄当中最巨大的一个。只在Ben 10 电影版 变身之谜及未来(Ben 10,000)中出现过，是宇宙中极为少有的品种。 (在动画电影版中，发明Omnitrix的人曾经直接让小班使用)
啸天狼（品种：罗波兽）（Benwolf） (初次登场-第31集) 是Omnitrix拷贝鬼影手下的外星狼人兽的DNA所形成的外星英雄，可从嘴巴放射超音波，而且几乎什么都吃。
木乃伊(品种:赛库佛人)（Benmummy）(初次登场-第37集) 是Omnitrix拷贝鬼影手下的木乃伊的DNA所形成的外星英雄，手脚能伸出绷带，是宇宙中唯一不需要防护就能处理钶铬元素的外星人（因为赛库佛人平常就住在高放射性钶铬元素的环境下）。
电磁猛男（品种：川西尔人）（Benvicktor） (初次登场-第38集) 是Omnitrix拷贝鬼影手下的大只佬博士的DNA所形成的外星英雄，可以吸收并发射电。
迪多(品种:史普力逊人)（Ditto）(初次登场-第41集) Omnitrix中不稳定出现的外星人，有分身能力。值得一提，当分身距离本体太远时，会变不回来，虽然可以增长变身时间，但会消耗大量能量。
