玛戈·罗比（Margot Robbie）饰演的“小丑女”（Harley Quinn）是《自杀小队》里除了“小丑”之外的另一大亮点。在DC漫画中“小丑女”的名字叫做哈琳·弗朗西斯·奎泽尔（Harleen Frances Quinzel），是一名治疗精神病的医生，因为爱上小丑而主动成为“小丑女”。她智商很高，另外因为和毒藤女（Poison Ivy）关系亲密，所以获得了对毒素和毒物的免疫力。
