原警视厅特殊犯罪搜查系（SIT）主任真壁有希子（天海佑希 饰）因工作关系调到搜查一课紧急案件对应审讯班，经过和梶山胜利（田中哲司 饰）、菱本进（点点 饰）、中田善次郎（大杉涟 饰）和小石川春夫（小日向文世 饰）等大叔一段时间的磨合，他们从最初的口角龃龉逐渐培养出值得信赖的同袍友情。在此期间，搜查一课的监物大二郎（铃木浩介 饰）和渡边铁次（速水直道 饰）这对活宝搭档虽然不情不愿，却也逐渐融入审讯班的氛围之中，成为攻克嫌疑人心理防线的另一支有生力量。
