以“无法坦诚”为题，围绕因为Twitter而结识的五位年轻人的故事。Twitter名为Haru（上野树里 饰）的水野月子是高中的临时老师，因为聚会认识了自由摄影师Nakaji（瑛太 饰）、在出版公司工作的Linda（玉山铁二 饰）、医药公司做销售的在日韩国人Doctor（金在中 饰）以及Haru的好友Peach（关惠美 饰）。五人十分投缘，经常聚会。Haru在没见面之前就对Nakaji抱有好感，因为意外得知了现实中的Nakaji已有女友；Nakaji则一心渴望成为战地记者，虽然已有女友，但对Haru也颇在意；Linda看似是五人中最风光的一位，实则被自己的女上司一直性骚扰和施加压力，自身也有难以言说的疾苦；Doctor则因为身在异乡找不到归属感工作也不顺，且对Haru一见钟情；Peach内心脆弱有自杀倾缺乏安全感。
在聚会上总是欢笑的五人，现实生活中则都有诸多不顺之处，且无法向外人表述，难以坦诚以待。无法坦诚以对的爱，无法坦诚以对的身体，还有无法坦诚以对的自己，让五人受伤累累。最终，他们能否跨过围墙，变得坦率呢？

美雪（上野树里 饰）收到朋友的邀请函，邀请去“废墟之乡”小度周末，美雪喊上同学和青梅竹马的金田一（龟梨和也 饰）一同前往，临时被同学放鸽子，变成了2人独行。在废墟之乡的一家旅馆，同住的还有警察剑持（加藤雅也 饰）、摄影师、小说家、医生等几个人，旅馆员工凑青子温柔大方，旅馆老板在饭后给大家讲了当地流传的吸血鬼的故事。
50年前，这里搬来一户罗马尼亚人，被大家误以为是吸血鬼，村民放了一场大火，事后却没找到儿子的尸体，从此天天有人死于吸血鬼之口。50年后，一家三口搬到这里开了旅馆，经济泡沫导致破产后夫妇自杀，剩下的一个女儿6年前神秘死去，身上的血都被抽干了。
故事讲到这里楼上传来惊叫声，一名女子死去，美雪恰好是事件的目击者，次日又一而再再而三有人死去，所有的矛头都直指美雪，一直逃避侦探爷爷大名的金田一，为了保护最重要的人，决定找出案件的真相。

Nodame and Chiaki mutually decide that it would be for the best if they parted ways for a while so Nodame can practice for an upcoming competition. However, when things don’t go her way, she gets impatient and depressed. While Nodame is away, Chiaki’s former pianist Rui Son returns to take her place. They say she is carrying something for a crime syndicate, and they wonder what it is she has in the carriage Money? Drugs? One day, the owner of the mah-jong parlour sends Tsuneo out to walk his dog. A baby carriage comes rolling down a hill and crashes into a guard rail. The old lady asks him to look into the carriage, where he finds a young woman clutching a knife. This is how Tsuneo first meets the girl who calls herself Josee.

在学校里，千秋恃才傲物，可看似桀骜不驯的他内心却充满了彷徨。某日，千秋和不可思议少女野田惠（上野樹里饰）意外相遇，野田妹是钢琴天才，乐谱看一遍就能记住，能弹出动人心弦的旋律。同时，她也是个偷吃别人便当，不洗澡、不收拾房间，整日净干些奇奇怪怪事的邋遢女。
在野田妹的影响下，千秋的人生轨迹发生了重大转变。
