浪漫之都巴黎，一对沉浸在音乐世界的年轻人为了各自的梦想而努力打拼。作为马尔雷院团的首席指挥，千秋真一（关智一 配音）以前所未有的劲头全速前进。为了能够集中精神从事音乐事业，他在未和野田惠（川澄绫子 配音）进行事先沟通的情况下决定搬离公寓。另一方面，野田妹渴望参赛的愿望被老师拒绝，前辈风头无量的舞台表现又让她倍受打击。好不容易得到首个沙龙演奏会的邀请，可是前辈搬家的消息又令野田妹分外震惊。异国的音乐之梦，围绕着千秋和野田妹这对恋人，云龙（日野聪 配音）、弗兰克（浅沼晋太郎 配音）、塔妮娅（伊藤静 配音）这些音乐青年也将共同经历梦想和现实的蜕变……

本片改编自漫画家二之宫知子的同名漫画，是动画系列的第二弹。

这是一个关于两个音乐天才的爱情故事。名钢琴家之子，音乐学院风云人物“千秋王子”千秋真一（关智一 配音），因为少年时期的一次欧洲游历，他结识了著名指挥家，于是他梦想着自己也能成为一名出色的指挥家。然而长大成人的他却因为飞机恐惧症只能一直屈居国内，无法赴欧洲深造。失意的他借酒消愁，酒醒后发现自己躺在垃圾堆里！这垃圾堆竟然是“野田妹”野田惠（川澄绫子 配音）的公寓，这个不修边幅、奇奇怪怪的野田妹不仅住在千秋的隔壁，而且还是他的同校同学。野田妹弹琴不求章法、随性而为，听起来乱七八糟，但是千秋却发现了她不可多得的音乐才华。
随后千秋认识了更多稀奇古怪形形色色的人，在交往中他发现这些人都是极具才华的音乐怪才。曾经心高气傲的他重新认识自己，和他们一起朝着自己远大的音乐理想而不懈努力。
