就读于星修学园的主人公甲，在成为二年生前的春假，之前入住的宿舍被废寮，与损友雅二人迷失在街头。
幸亏被从堂姐亜季所住的宿舍邀请。在到达的那个宿舍、如月寮，甲与亜季以及青梅竹马的菜ノ葉相隔数年再会。

根据小时候的约定，从亜季那里入手机械武装程序的甲，决定与雅一起参加机械武装战斗大会。
一边接受星修学园的讲师，学者直樹的机械武装指导，一边将作为队伍成员被挖角的运动少女千夏卷入，甲越来越被机械武装的魅力吸引。

某日，甲与电脑症的少女、真相识。
然后，在救助了因为病症被纠缠的真的甲的面前，一位少女出现…
因为误解将甲打倒的那个少女是真的姐姐、空。
