ABC已续订《摩登家庭》第九季与第十季。

第三季被砍的Netflix喜剧《#活在当下# One Day at a Time》在多番谈判下获复活，第四季将会来到有线台Pop，13集新季现确定2020年3月播出。
另外，《活在当下》是首部被Netflix取消后找到新东家的剧集。

关中一个普通的小镇——七俠镇，这里有一家同福客栈。就是这间不起眼的客栈，因缘巧合之下汇聚了一群性格各异又活泼搞怪的年轻人：武功高强但初入江湖的郭芙蓉（姚晨 饰）、老板娘佟湘玉（闫妮 饰）、金盘洗手的神偷白展堂（沙溢 饰）、满腹经纶怀才不遇的吕秀才（喻恩泰 饰）、厨师李大嘴（姜超 饰）等等。这群年轻人在同一屋檐下演绎了一幕幕经典的搞笑场面，在欢笑与眼泪中陪伴观众们一起渐渐成长。

相依为命、亲如姐妹的母女俩游萍（白冰冰 饰）和吕霞（陈好 饰）一直以来日子虽然过得不轻松却也快快乐乐。游萍早年和丈夫离婚，把女儿带大，人生的愿望就是想要女儿找个好归宿，过着幸福的生活。自幼强身健体学习武术的吕霞获得了武术比赛的冠军，也因此接到了武打片的替身邀约。游萍希望女儿能表现出色，却弄巧成拙。一系列啼笑皆非的事情过后，游萍带着女儿来到了日本，和久违碰面的前夫相会。这时，一起意外事故打乱了碰面，把开车路过的殷雄（胡兵 饰）给卷了进来。殷雄为了继承父业，来日学习美发，没有想到，遇上了游萍和吕霞两母子，从此过上了水深火热的生活。
本片改编自朱德庸的同名漫画，但是内容上做了大幅改编。
