A two-timing bigamist finds himself concocting scheme after scheme with his best friend, Chi Hung, to prevent either of his wives from discovering his bigamy. The unwanted intervention of a police officer as well as a series of unfortunate events lead to the wives discovery of the whole plot. They team up with Chi Hung's exasperated fiancée, Ka Lai, to exact revenge upon the two men.

《南家三姐妹》第三季的消息两月前就已放出，官方也已公布了新的制作阵容。这部原作为樱场小春的漫画，接连制作了三季动画。《南家》第一季是由童梦制作，制作阵容就是我们经常说的“太田雅彦”组，这是公认的最好的一部。第二季即《南家三姐妹 再来一碗》则换作アスリード所属的“细田直人 ”组制作，这一季无论作画还是剧情的铺排都不及前作，因此现在普遍认为第一季靠的是实力，而第二季靠的是第一季的人气。现在的第三季虽然同样是由第二季的アスリード负责制作，不过制作阵容已经换成了“及川启”组。及川启之前曾在《DC.II S.S》和《蓝兰岛》等动画中担任分镜，也在《砂沙美 ☆魔法少女俱乐部》和《罗密欧与朱丽叶》中担任过演出，这次是他首次担任监督。系列构成则是换成了《食灵·零》动画版中负责系列构成的小鹿りえ，而《食灵·零》的动画版无疑是脚本与系列构成长于漫画版的代表，不知道《南家》第三季中会否给大家带来惊喜。但残念的是人设依旧由第二季的田中诚辉担当，而且从官网公布的设定图来看，三姐妹都御了不少。总体来说，这样的阵容真是有那么点抱歉，当然是欢喜是哀嚎到时就看各位自己的意志了……

美丽贤慧的长女春香、专门耍宝的笨蛋次女夏奈、毒舌小学生三女千秋，这是一部描写她们三姐妹的日常生活、以及身边的人们遭遇的轻松小品式故事。三姐妹组成的南家，有着这样的规定：星期一的早上吃饭，晚上吃意大利面，星期六的早上吃面包，橘子是整箱整箱地买……在南家，经常聚集了很多朋友，变成防止犯罪的教室或者举行各种派对……

南春香（佐藤利奈 配音）是一个外表出色个性优秀的完美学生。在学校里，性格开朗温和的她是许多人爱慕的对象，饱坂（小野大辅 配音）就是其中的一员。学校里流传着许多和春香有关的传说，她更是以“第一代首领”的名号著称。在妹妹南夏奈（井上麻里奈 配音）和南千秋（茅原实里 配音）的眼中，春香是一个母亲般的存在。
夏奈是个四肢发达的运动型少女，个性活泼又有些迷糊的她是大家的开心果。可是在千秋眼中，夏奈是个十足的笨蛋，但这也恰恰是千秋表达爱意的特殊方式——毒舌。虽然外表冷漠行事老成，但千秋也有着意外细腻和幼稚的一面。南家的三个姐妹，各有各的特色，但三个人都是那么的善良和可爱，在小小的城市中，她们正展开着轻松又快乐的日常生活。
