《新乌龙女校》汇集众多英伦新星，女校学生还包括了过去的邦女郎，如今的《诸神之战》和《波斯王子》女郎杰玛·阿特登以及《赎罪》的朱诺·坦普尔等人。上一部的鲁伯特·艾弗雷特、科林·费尔斯和拉塞尔·布兰德将继续出演，“神秘博士”大卫·田纳特最新也加盟本片。
